Professor Ronayne has been appointed as the Foundation Vice-Chancellor of a new university in Malaysia and is retiring as Honorary Consul for Ireland in Victoria, in October 2008. He will travel frequently between Asia and Australia, however, and will continue to be active in the Irish community and in the Victorian Consular Corps, as a retired Consul. Professor and Mrs Ronayne can be contacted at the above postal and personal email addresses.
